Still can't believe I went Woods over Graham to start the season... but yeah, only had two props I think so when JDB went down, I had to bring in a keeper prop and JG was the obvs choice.

His stats were fucking terrible last week. That try and TS saved his score. If I can't reassure you with something warm and fuzzy then you know you're in trouble mate.

Allthough a positive note is he didn't have any errors, but clearly that's because HE HARDLY TOUCHED THE FUCKING BALL.

I had Bromwich up till a couple of days out. I swapped to Woods because he made a lot of sense. I think most of us didn't get Graham because he didn't look like he had the ability to improve, whereas some other FRF's we were hoping with good PPM's were going to get more minutes (Kane Evans, LAM etc).

In all seriousness, I thought Hunt would have been a decent tackler, after all his introduction the 1st grade was in the middle as a back up hooker learning to tackle the big blokes but 11 missed tackle is usually for Carter, Brooks and Moses together. Actually that's an exaggeration, he can't be as bad as any of those

    Yep, that was my thinking.

He looked like a very consistent 48 points a week. No way I would've guessed he'd be averaging well over 50 in fact averaging 60 the last four weeks. Woods, I thought would improve as he would be leading the pack. Nope. The kid is a pillow. The new Josh Perry!

I only went with Woods because I was scared off of Graham by him finishing a trial game on crutches and thinking about how I got burned by him twice last year. First he got injured for about a month and I held him then he got injured again in his return game and I had to sell him.
Also Woods started out 2015 banging out like 3 straight 60's. He seemed like a good idea at the time but man oh man did he suck this year. Graham's always been a week 1 purchase for me so really I have only myself to my blame for not trusting my usual guys.

Yeah, we make those decisions based on sound reasoning but sometimes players just defy the odds. Cam Smith for example last year (or the year before?) had an injury or surgery a few weeks before the season started and he was going to be out for 3 weeks but then played Round 1. A lot of people baulked on him, including myself, but he ended up just dandy.

I've had Graham from the start. Pretty much based on his all stars game, just looked really good.

Edit: also had Evans and LAM though

I read that Semi went home over the bye and was flying in after the rest of the boys. Not sure if more to it but if that is the case then it's probably a rumour that there is an issue from a fact that was benign.

With Holland, the more I look at him the more I want to fuck him off now. I was completely against it earlier in the week but it is an easy way for me to get Cleary in and have 150k extra in the coming weeks. Guthersen at centre makes it a little easier if he is there for a while (hopefully ups his base stats). I have pretty good cover and DPP flexibility between WFB and C so might do it.

Of all the gun FRF's I just felt he had least room for improvement. I got him in around Round 6 eventually.

Considering bringing in Hurell for Cullen (NPR) so I don't have to cop an AE from Copley/Gutherson.
Gives me another scorer rd 15 and 19 too.
Rocks and diamonds that player but can go beast mode if his mind is right

Low on trades but combining 2 weeks of bonus points and the chance for a better score  this week could be a 100 point swing.

No questioning anything you have done so far this year. If you think he plays going forward then the extra points will be gold.

Feel free to fill this in yourselves for a mid-season review.

I wish I started with: Graham. Solid scores
my genius pick: Cody Walker. Threw him in round 1 and only regret is trading him out
worst single trade: Cody Walker to Cam Cullen.
best single trade Parcell to Friend, the week he scored 82. Thank you!
    I can't believe: I Captained Tedesco for his 94.
