We've kept them all. Fifita is already signed to end of 2020. TPJ and Sua deals will be completed soon. Ofa is signed to end of 2019 but Broncos are already working on re-signing him.

Honestly, as with most "reported figures", I think the numbers for Haas are being overstated in the media.

    Brown > Jurbo
    Brimson > Surgess

Leaves me with 4 trades, 82k itb and this final team.

    Cook
    Fifita Taupau
    Lolo Jurbo Martin
    SJ DCE
    Mitchell Cotric
    Teddy Turbo Ponga(when fit)

    Smith Farah Arrow Arey

    Surgess Lewis isaako Olive

Tempted to put SJ at 18th man and play Arey based on recent form.
Seem solid enough? Anyone see better trade options?
Currently ranked 425 and just want to catch as many as possible really,

Would the 3mil being reported include 3rd psrty deals? Might not all be cap space.

Probably. Its the Broncos afterall Very Happy

But its the ol' chinese whispers thing, every time the message is passed on about the "contract" it gets exaggerated a little. Then people start doing things like "well he'll play origin, so thats another 100k a year" and start including that in the "reported contract".

Tricky time of the week where I need to decide on who to put as 18th man out of Surgess, Brown, or even a half (have Milford, A Reynolds, and SJ).

I don't think it makes any sense to bench one of those halves (even though one is no doubt gonna bust and another will no doubt boom).

If you have a red dot Milf is the perfect kind of player to have a look at before deciding...

Anyone gonna put the C on Farah? Hasn't gone below 60 in his four games this season, with two 70s now for Wests... big game this week as well.

    I had some great responses earlier in the week but I have to throw this out there again;

    Smith
    Fifita Taupau
    Lolo Martin Crichton
    SJ ARey
    Aitken Marsters
    Teddy Mitchell MBye

    Cook Farah Arrow JFH

    Lewis Ponga Holland Mann

Have 8 trades, is it worth nuffing out Lewis to turn JFH into JTurbo? Can't do it with Mann or Holland. Or wait a week and see if I can do it with Holland next week? Im a few K short this week.  Dont want to play JFH but could loop him or Lewis.

Other option is just go JFH to Kikau or Surgess but then miss out on JTurbo.

Nuffing Lewis would mean when Ponga is back my EMG are pretty thin (Mitchell/Marsters Holland Mann Wright/Clifford) but would be a good 17. I just don't know if it's worth pulling the trigger on Lewis already.

I don't mind this option. I traded Kikau out pretty early in the piece, but I'd love to have him still. I fear every time he plays, because he always looks like busting a massive score.

I don't have J Trbo either... seems to keep on hurting me.

Actually.. just realised I could trade Brown straight to J Trbo.. but doing that, and getting ponga back next week, would only leave me two trades afterwards. Fuck, what have I done. Excited

I've mentioned it before, but Brown has me worried. The eels are obviously shot, there's no real need for him to play big minutes with a four forward bench, and he looks like he's not 100% at the moment.

I captained him in the auto fill comp last week.

Not sure I have the cojones to do so in the main comp. Worried Souths will put a score on against the Tigers and he'll struggle for points

Tossing uo between Cook and Farah this week. Haven't even thought about Smith for sime reason.

Cook's more likely to carve up against Wests than Farah is against Souths, but Robbie should make more tackles.

Farah is likely to have that "I'll show you what I can do, I'm better than the guy you picked ahead of me" motivation, but the problem is that he's not.

Getting mighty sick of Dugan's supposed return being delayed and having to play Tuala for 20s. He was on my 'never again list' before I bought him this season. But so was Taupau and that worked out so damn well, I threw caution to the wind and thought all rules were off. Now I have made a 'Never EVER again list' just for him, and have been holding that fucker for six rounds. Should I just give up on Duges and buy a premium centre? I can afford anyone to replace him. Or else I could turn Tuala into Waka Waka Waka Blake just to bridge the gap better whilst I wait for the Glass Man to cometh. Only 3 trades left though, makes me think I might just be better off suffering Tuala's poor scores and save the trades. Penini Panini for your thoughts?

I would be tempted to flick Brown for JTurbo mate.

Kikau a good option indeed but thinking JTurbo won't go under 50 for the rest of the year.

    Couple of questions guys

2 Starting 1/2s from SJ Widdop Milf

4 bench players from the 1/2 not starting from above, Hodgson, R James, Arrow, Fifita.

    My starting pack is

    Kikau Tapow
    Martin Jurbo Lolo

(Just in case you would change any of them out?)

    Thanks

Bump - any thoughts on this?

What is everyone expecting from Matterson this week? Listed to come off the bench do you think he will be there come game day? if so, then with Tetavano, Aubs, and Baptise the other current reserves what kind of role to you think he plays?
