Alvaro scored 1. But even if he was on zero his score would still count. Plenty of people have scored 0 or negative points in the past.

It's just happened because he played less 1 minute, which must translate to not playing in their system. All other early injuries I saw when I looked had at least 2 minutes, so couldn't see an equivalent case to see if it's happening before.

Oh, so he did actually score 1 point? That's different then.

On VSDT NFL, they will always score people if they get negatives and they will also score people with zero so long as they actually have fantasy stats (so in the later case it would have to be some positive stats and negative stats that offset each other to equal zero).

But if Alvaro actually scored 1 point then this is something completely different - my bad. So what was his stat that got him 1 point? Seems odd that they've wiped it? I recall looking at the match centre mid game and seeing him on one.

Unlike fan hub, the people here at VSDT are actually responsive - I'll message them, but if you could let me know what his stats were that would be useful info.

    Cheers

Ok, and I assume that equated to enough yards to score a fantasy point? It sounds that way but I haven’t seen his stat line - just wanna know the details if I’m to message them...

Even after a score of 1000 on the weekend, I'm looking to build cash amongst my non scoring players. Is there any chance of BE's this week? Thanks in advance.

At this stage of the season, my opinion is that you should be focussing on adding guns, round 12 players, and obvious cash generators like Haas. I wouldnt focus on cash generation in your non-scoring crop though. Rounds 1-6 should have got you where you need to there I think.

When I project out the value of my current team I already have pretty close to the cash generation I need to get to my final squad.

Disclaimer - Im going pretty average this year thanks to some rubbish choices to start the year - grain of salt and all that Smile

I had Haas since round 1 and it saves me a trade this week. You can afford to do that here.
While not getting round 12 players I'm hopefully satisfying the other two criteria with my trades.
DBrown and Kahu out for Xerri and grand Angus.
Obviously I had some money ITB.

I'm on holiday on the Gold Coast this week, so no.

Just did my trades then, almost forgot to trade Haas in, by assuming I already had him.

Notice that VSDT still claim Alvaro didn't play. SC and Fantasy both count it as a game (although Fantasy fucked up the price change)

    Thanks for replying.

Yes I have Haas for Host penciled in. Will bank the other trade as nothing obvious stands out.

I guess they don't have enough online presence to be hounded by fantasy coaches so they can get away with this error (though I guess technically its a stat error).

    Enjoy your holiday.

I'm currently sitting in 55th spot with a 17 of
    Cook Mahoney
    Vaughan Haas
JTrob Murray Sam B Arrow Garner Burr
    DCE ARen
    Bateman Capewell
    Ponga Jerome CNK.
Nikora on the pine this week.
Cashies are RSutton, Lawrie, CHT DBrown, Xerri, Rava and CAllen.
Will bring in CSmith next week after he drops price again but other than that, can't see changes without wasting trades. 26 trades and $256k itb. Am i missing anything?

Your Hookers are definitely the weak spot but at least they're making money I guess? I don't see a quick way out.but you probably want Cook/Farah/Smith sooner rather than later so maybe it'd be time to milk a cow. Rest of the team is great though

What are people doing with Garner in VSDT?

People seem in rush to sell him in the NRLF thread.

Garner seems a hold to me in VSDT atm (at least until we know whether or not he is going to play next week).

Definitely holding Garner here. NRLF he allowed me to get Cleary at probably his lowest price. Here Garner can continue to slow burn till I see a suitable upgrade.

Speaking of Garner, I wish I had known in advance so I could have put the R on Host or CHT. As it stands now I have to choose from Kahu, Sivo, Garrick and Okunbur. I've gone Sivo at the moment but what do you guys reckon?

Hold in VSDT. As you've noted in the other thread, the extra 4 players in your squad make it easier to hold injured players
Plus the variance in pricing / scoring means Garner is closer to maxxing out in the NRLF system.

Probably Sivo, but maybe you could have a punt on Kahu, and save Sivo as a replacement for any other late withdrawals, since he plays in the last game of the round.

Fuck, these stat providers are pissing me off lately. I've been seeing this a lot lately, but for eg. I've got James Fisher-Harris in this game and he is down for 5 missed tackles at half time and yet you look on Supercoach and he has missed 1.
I would have given him 1 and at a stretch 2 but not fucking 5. I wish one day they piss these stat providers off (as they have NO idea) and use the Supercoach ones.
