For me they are Smith, JBrom, Parker, SJ, unsure about the CTR's and WFB.
I'm really bandying the idea around of having a completely rubbish CTR/WFB line up so that I can have a monster of a second row to begin the year with but then I am very hesitant not to have a Teddy/RTS/Semi etc in my side.

You think Dockar-Clay will grab the bench spot?

Mine are Douglas & Trbojevic, Parker & Taupau, and DCE - they're the ones that have been in pretty much every version of my side to date, and I don't see that changing.

I was similar. I started with Gallen who I had barely ever even owned before, let alone start with him.Chewie wrote:Mearcat085 wrote:Interested to see who people are counting as an automatic lock in their sides to begin the year with in each position.

Last year I put my energy into having a monster 2nd Row at the detriment of my CTR/WFB line-up. I thought it would work, but it backfired. It took too long fixing it up (injuries and suspensions causing more urgent trades in other positions) which cost me points. This year I'm going for a more balanced approach... making sure my 17 are "reliable", having at least one solid Gun in each of the field positions...

Madness. I think Surgess only one will play 80 out of this lot. I think others are pipe dreaming
There are beep test run over 20m, standard version and beep tests you can run over 15 or even 10 metres. The shorter the distance the longer base endurance is put out before sprinting becomes involved.Bren wrote:
Didnt even reach 15? What? Even I have reached 15 in the beep test, mind you Im coming back from a knee injury so dont ask me to run one any time soon.

I like the L. Douglas pick. Titans are seriously shallow in the FRF stocks and Shillo ain't getting any younger TBH. Could mean a few more minutes for the boy and he already averages pretty well.

Standard ones over 20m a score of 15 or 16 is considered elite & 12-13 is high ranking.
I strongly doubt the one you ran and the one the Broncos ran was 20m.
The afl draftees top beep test runners hit 14 and 15 only.

That makes sense, I didn't know they did them over different distances.Sashamaloo wrote:

If Graham plays 80, how do Tolman, Kasiano and Klemmer all share the remaining minutes?
If some of these props play 80 a lot they will cost their teams games with missed tackles and errors.
