Thanks for the break down on Dufty, I just read that Farah most likely won't be in the 17 so that makes it worth keeping Cook i guess?

Might just keep JBrom and swap out Dufty for Murray so I have a few money making 2rf that should all get some good value out of.

Means I will only have 1 wfb/ctr cover and that is Kennar. (So many rabbit players now).

Last year he was told not to run back the football but just to give it to the wingers due to his inexperience & lack of size. He has added a bit of size this year & will get more return metres & this was played out last week where he ran for 200 metres. Also this year they have 2 quality halves added to a massive forward pack & new attacking structures which will bring Dufty into the play more often. Last year he only played 7 games at the back end of the season when the team was out of form whereas this year he's had a full pre season to work on combinations & if the Dragons start anything like they did last year then Dufty should get plenty of opportunities.

I agree with all of this. I got him in after his massive first game and he was frustrating to watch ever since. Not because of him but what you said, it's was painfully obvious that they told him to hold right back and have minimal involvement. They also cut him out of so many plays.

I'm thinking as much as it kills me to downgrade Nofo to Dufty to use those vital funds elsewhere.

I don't have the stats but he was on the bench for a large chunk of the season. Some games he wouldn't come on until the second half. Blake and Whare are Griffin's first choice centres.

Whenever I do a team without Tedesco sure it looks well balanced but then I visualize watching from my couch as Tedesco scores 70+ in round 1. However then I look at my Tedesco team with Hiku as my 3rd wfb & I feel ill.

If people need help being talked out of Tedesco, here is a rubbish Sporting News article where Cronk supposedly disses Teddy

I read that as "Cronk's going to make Teddy a better player" Wink

I read it as "Teddy isn't happy they don't pass him the ball in every attacking play"

Whilst going to a higher quality team is normally a good indication of fantasy score improvement (due to winning more and thus a general increase in attacking stats), this is definitely something to consider with Teddy.

How much of his fantasy points were accrued at the Tigers simply because they lacked any better attacking options?

I've have had Alvaro in my FRF in whatever team I have made to date, but the Roosters probable bench makeup and Liu's stats now beckon like a siren and I am considering betrayal. Nothing worse than starting to second guess the decisions you thought were locked in tight.

Getting close to finalising this badboy, although still not 100% comfortable on only having Isaacko as the WFB/CTR reserve HOWEVER the rumour is Boyd’s hammy isn’t crash hot. But I could potentially downgrade Evans to Nicholls (depending on round 1 team lists) and then upgrade Isaacko for Whare (yikes).

Just got rid of Townsend Sad

I wish lock out would hurry up so I don't have to muck around with my team

Yeah lots of second guessing happening to me since last week. Milne, Murray, Arrow, DCE and Alvaro all tough ones due to injury concerns, places in the squad and whether DCE will fire without Green. Been a long preseason and keen for round 1!

How do you quote on this new mobile site?

I think Hiku is a perfectly reasonable 3rd WFB and offers good DPP flexibility. Might be needed at second centre now however with Milne not playing

Teddy averages 50 (?) in a terrible Tigers team last season, imagine what he's going to do this year. You are a brave man to go without the tackle breaking machine.

I suspect Radley will drop out with Matterson to bench. SST and JWH may swap places as well.
